Description

Order maintenance and further development of the museum information system and digital repository. The contract will be awarded to a single tenderer for a period of 24 months, during which the tenderer must offer the contracting authority the service of maintenance and further development, including consultation, analysis and, if necessary, rapid-response maintenance.
The provider shall be able to establish the MUIS information system development environment (including all necessary components, including the digital repository) no later than one week after the conclusion of the contract. The time needed to set up the development environment shall be submitted by the tenderer together with the tender, which is one of the award criteria. Time costs are calculated as the hourly cost of maintenance and additional development work. The Heritage Protection Board is a third party in the procurement to which the invoices are issued and whose information system is managed by the RIK. The RIK, which is the contracting authority, may also pay for invoices, if necessary.
