The subject of the procurement is the rental service of a robotic assisted system for orthopaedic surgery, with associated equipment, instruments and service support for a period of 4 years counting from the date of the mutual conclusion of the Agreement. The tenderer is obliged to ensure that all necessary software modules, licenses and functionalities for this type of project are included in the offered price, without additional costs and without restrictions of use during the entire duration of the contract, • the service package for the duration of the lease includes updating the software to the latest available version without additional charge, providing all necessary service and technical documentation and solving technical problems with the professional assistance of authorized technicians. It also includes the development and implementation of a regular and extraordinary maintenance plan, the provision of replacement parts necessary for the optimal functioning of the system and covering the costs of transport and operation of the servicer. The tenderer must provide a reaction from the servicer within 24 to 48 hours from the moment of first contact, ensuring continuous technical support and maintenance of the system functionality with minimal interruptions throughout the duration of the contract. All equipment offered must be in full compliance with the cost statement and the technical specifications laid down and all other conditions laid down in this procurement document. Tenderers are obliged to offer fully functional, new, unused and undamaged equipment, whereby the offered price must include all costs, including, but not limited to, costs of delivery, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning, training of staff for proper operation and use in the premises of the Client, as well as all costs of the service package during the rental period. The service package includes regular and extraordinary maintenance, software update, provision of necessary spare parts and consumables, technical support and all other related costs necessary for the smooth and continuous functioning of the system throughout the rental period. The subject of the lease must, throughout the period of use, fully comply with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union governing the field of health care and medical devices, including, but not limited to, the Health Care Act, the Medical Devices Act, Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices (MDR) and all related subordinate legislation and technical standards.
