Description

ZAS wishes to conclude a contract for the provision, supply and placing in service of hemodialysis equipment, including the associated consumables, in the context of the renewal of the existing infrastructure. This assignment includes, on the one hand, the provision of the devices on various campuses, including a corresponding maintenance contract. On the other hand, the contract concerns the continuous supply of the required disposables throughout the contractual term. In addition, the contract includes the purchase, supply, installation and maintenance of a water treatment installation, including the associated inductor for dialysis applications, in accordance with the applicable standards and requirements for medical installations. The contract will be set up as a framework contract with a duration of ten (10) years, with the possibility of annual termination from the sixth year of the contract.
