Description

The product to be procured is a plasma diagnostic system consisting of a high resolution wavefront sensor, data acquisition software, computer and connection cables necessary for operation.
Pursuant to Article 160 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, interested economic operators will request clarification or additional information in relation to the award documentation up to 20 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
The contracting authority shall reply in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information sent by economic operators on the 12th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, in conjunction with Article 27 (3) of Government Decision No 395/2016, as amended.
