1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of an extensive LIS/LIMS class system to support research in the Cancer Pathology Department as part of a special-purpose grant for investment purchases under the project entitled: “Improving access to e-health services and digitalisation of treatment processes at the St. John Paul II Oncology Centre in Lublin. Jan from Dukla in order to achieve full functionality and security of full-profile, highly specialized diagnostics and treatment of oncological patients. The contract has been divided into two parts: Part 1 – Upgrade of the LIS/LIMS class system Part 2 – Printers 2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: Applicable to part 1 - delivery of the system in accordance with Annex 2.1 to the SWZ; - installation, commissioning, configuration, implementation and training of personnel in the field of system operation; The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party, before the end of acceptance, with: a) in two copies, the original instruction manual in the Polish language of the device containing also information on the list of service activities that can be performed by the user himself, b) warranty card, c) a short version of the instruction manual and OHS in laminated form (if the Contractor has it), d) a list of consumables used in the current operation of the equipment, e) a list of service points, f) CE or other document allowing the device to be used (in Polish) in medical facilities provided with the device, g) a list of suppliers of spare parts or consumables and consumables, h) a personal list of trained employees confirmed by the Ordering Party.
