The subject of this publication is the conclusion of agreements pursuant to § 130a(8) SGB V on finished medicinal products with various active substances or combinations of active substances in the context of a so-called ‘open-house model’. Accession or conclusion of the contract may take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out. The earliest date of commencement of the contract is 01.07.2025. On this basis, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.06.2027 regardless of the start of the contract.
