The contract to be awarded is defined as follows: Providing all necessary Food and related non-food items that are required for the Bakery courses of mboRijnland. The products used for the cooking classes of the Care and Welfare courses are outside the scope, also as local and fresh products that are purchased near the locations. The chef's knives and other tools are also outside the scope of this assignment. For the Horeca courses, a separate tender is set out for Food and non-food.
