After no response was received to the announcement of voluntary ex ante transparency, SKD went through a negotiated procedure without prior notice, as referred to in Section 2.2.1.7. of the 2012 Public Procurement Act. The agreement concerns the provision and operation of all-electric equipment for the purpose of a mini-tank and mini-jeep adventure on the grounds of the National Military Museum in Soesterberg and runs from 15 February 2025 to 14 February 2030 (with a possibility of extension of 5 years). Provision of all-electric equipment, being at least 3 mini-tanks (suitable for persons from 1.35m to 2.0m) and at least 5 mini-jeeps (suitable for children from 4 years).
