Description

Brandschutzsanierung und Strangsanierung des gesamten Gebäudes (Büro- und Wohnungen).
Das Gebäude wurde als Teil eines größeren Komplexes im Jahre 1999 fertiggestellt. Es ist über eine Brücke im 2. OG mit dem östlich benachbarten Gebäude (sog. Haus 1) Neue Jüdenstraße 1 verbunden und über einen Tunnel im 1. UG mit dem Haus 3 (Stralauer Straße 32) verbunden.
Das Gebäude besteht aus 2 Gebäudeteilen, einem Wohngebäude mit EG und 7 Obergeschossen sowie einem Verwaltungsgebäude mit EG und 6 OG, die sich in insgesamt 4 Brandabschnitte aufteilen (BA I, BA IIa, BA IIb und BA III). Es wird als ein Baublock umschlossen durch die Stralauer Straße, Neue Jüdenstraße und die Straße "Am Krögel" und besitzt 2 Innenhöfe. Der Komplex (Gebäude und Höfe) ist vollständig mit zwei Kellergeschossen unterkellert. Die oberen Geschosse sind teilweise gestaffelt und als Dachgeschoss ausgebildet. Die Nutzfläche des Gebäudes beträgt 9.965m² (inkl. Wohnfläche).
Das Gebäude wird während der Bauzeit leergezogen sein. Die Bauzeit beträgt voraussichtlich 2 Jahre.
