Description

The proposed intervention works to increase the energy performance of the building from the place. Beclean, Chestnut alley no. 6, Flowers alley no. 2, bl. E1 are detailed in the attached technical documentation. Main Intervention Works: - works for thermal rehabilitation of the tire elements, - works for the rehabilitation/modernization of the heating system, as well as the replacement of the existing equipment and the connection to a district heating system, - works for the rehabilitation/modernization of the natural or mechanical ventilation systems, including by replacing the existing equipment, - works aimed at the installation of alternative systems for the production of electricity and/or thermal energy from renewable sources, for own consumption, including the purchase of specific equipment, - replacing the fluorescent/incandescent lighting fixtures in the common spaces with lighting fixtures with high energy efficiency, - related works.
