The purpose of this contract is to support the housing improvement scheme as part of component 3 'support' of the PIG-Pacte Territorial France Rénov'. The implementation of this component follows the approval of the Local Plan of Intercommunal Urbanism worth Local Habitat Programme (PLUi-H) of the Community of Communes Aunis South on February 11, 2020 and following the pre-operational study for the establishment of an intervention and enhanced assistance system for habitat improvement concerning the private park on the territory of the Community of Communes Aunis South conducted in 2023.
