Description

The Community of Agglomeration wishes to entrust the design of the guide plan of development (urban planning) and the project management of the public spaces of the project to a group of urban planners and landscapers, via a framework agreement of urban project management. The duration of the framework agreement shall be 8 years from its notification. This duration is justified by the fact that the duration of missions and results cannot be carried out in less than 4 years given the scale of the project and the complexity of the themes: finalization of the program and updating, establishment of a master plan and monitoring of work on public spaces that will be carried out in parallel with the continuation of land acquisitions and public consultation The framework agreement will be implemented by the conclusion of purchase orders and subsequent contracts.
