3.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of accessories for orthopaedic procedures – implants within 48 hours of placing the order and the provision of instruments for SP ZOZ in Łęczna for the Operating Block. 3.2. The entire assortment should have marketing authorisations in Poland. 3.6. It is allowed to submit partial offers for individual sets. All listed items should be offered as part of the set. Failure to fill in any item within the lot will result in the rejection of the offer. 3.7. The subject of the contract is to be new, admitted to the market on the basis of applicable law and meet all requirements set out in law, in particular the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, No. Journal of Laws 2022, item 974) and free from any physical or legal defects. 3.8. The technical parameters set out in the Annexes shall be considered as a model meeting the minimum requirements. The elements proposed by the Contractors may not have parameters inferior to those given as a model. 3.9. Whenever trademarks, patents, origin, standards, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems are indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions. The deadline for payment is up to 60 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice. 3.11. The Contractor may submit an offer for any set. 3.12. The Ordering Party allows to offer the subject of the order in packages containing a different quantity of the product than suggested in the tables of the price forms with the appropriate conversion of the quantity, rounded to 2 decimal places. 3.13. The subject of the contract is to be complete, i.e. in a condition allowing its use without restrictions, in accordance with its intended purpose, upon delivery.
