Description

Project management contract (basic, extended MOP) for the construction of 24 collective housing units in senior homes and 6 individual housing units for older people in the Lion of Angers.
In order to meet the needs of suitable housing for the elderly population, the City of Lion d’Angers wished to develop a service home.
The City wishes to develop this project on part of the land taken up until then by the old retirement home. The operation is part of the refurbishment of an area of more than 8 000 m² located in the centre of the Lion d’Angers. Habitat harmony, as landlord and developer and MFAM, as future manager, are responsible for the implementation of this project.
