Prestations d'entretien, maintenance et dépannage de portes et barrières automatiques sur diverses communes de Haute-Savoie, sur le parc locatif de Haute-Savoie HABITAT et certains immeubles gérés par IDEIS Le présent marché comporte des prestations traitées à prix mixtes, comprenant : - Une partie globale et forfaitaire pour les prestations d'entretien-maintenance (P2) - Une partie à prix unitaires s'exécutant par émission de bons de commande pour les travaux ponctuels prévus dans le bordereau des prix unitaires (« BPU Travaux ») et pour les prestations d'entretien-maintenance sur des groupes d'immeubles nouveaux inclus en cours de période (Application du prix au logement dans la DPGF)
