Description

It is intended to contract services for the development of a Web Platform/Web Portal for the management/monitoring of thermal rehabilitation projects. It will provide citizens with all information on the implementation and monitoring phases of thermal rehabilitation projects, as well as access to key programme documents, add value to the institution and facilitate the relationship between citizens and institutions. Thus, the solution will be an innovative, modern and user-friendly one at the disposal of the local authority and citizens, aimed at providing instant specific information on each block that has benefited from energy efficiency measures, information that can now only be found on the basis of a request to the Registry. The purpose of this application is to provide citizens with all information on the blocks in the sector, the implementation and monitoring phases of thermal renovation projects, and access to key programme documents. It will add value to the institution and facilitate the relationship between citizens and institutions. It is at the disposal of the local authority and citizens, aimed at providing instant specific information on each block that has benefited from energy efficiency measures, which can now only be found on the basis of an application to the Registry. The deadline until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarification or additional information through the SEAP environment (taking into account the ONLINE nature of the procedure) in relation to the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will reply clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the closing date for submission of tenders.
