Description

1. The subject of the Order is the service entitled ‘Computer train control systems service in the Warsaw Metro’. 2. The subject of the Order includes the service of computer devices of train traffic control systems of the I line of the Warsaw Metro and the service of computer devices of train traffic control systems of the II line of the Warsaw Metro. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order (in particular the technical requirements for the performance of the Subject of the Order for the 1st and 2nd lines of the Warsaw Metro and the scope of service activities) was included in the Technical Specification (hereinafter: ‘ST’), which is Annex 1 to the Specifications of the Contract Conditions (hereinafter: "SWZ") and being an integral part of it. 3. For spare parts/sub-assemblies delivered and installed as part of the performance of the Subject of the Order, the Contractor shall provide a 24-month guarantee on the terms specified in the Model Contract (Annex No 2 to the Contract). For a period equal to the warranty period, the spare parts/assemblies delivered will be covered by the warranty. 4. The subject of the Order will be carried out in accordance with the documentation of the procedure, i.e.: FTZ and its annexes, in particular ST and the Model Agreement (Annex 2 to the FTZ). 5. The contracting authority, in accordance with Art. 1 of the PPL Act requires employment on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws 1974, No. U. 2025 item 277, as amended), by the Contractor or subcontractor, persons performing activities consisting in operating a telephone application line available 24 hours a day throughout the period of performance of the Subject of the Order, through which the Contracting Authority will report defects, critical defects and errors . 6. The rules for verification by the Employer of the requirements for employment on the basis of an employment contract and sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements are set out in the Model Contract (Annex 2 to the FTZ).
