Description

The object of the overall project is the conceptual, technical and operational implementation of the project "SH-Navi" as an open, modular and, if possible, open-source-based mobility platform for the intermodal, multimodal and data-based linking of different mobility offers. The aim of the overall project is the gradual development, integration and provision of a future-proof digital mobility solution that brings together different modes of transport, routing, data, information and further complementary mobility functions in a common system architecture. For the proper structuring of the overall project as well as for the clear separation of different service areas, the project will be divided into two technically and functionally interconnected, but procurement-related separate lots: 1. Lot 1 - Development, adaptation, integration and technical development of the application and system landscape - Lot 1 includes in particular the conceptual, technical and operational development, adaptation, integration, configuration, customizing, development and extension services in connection with the web application, optional additional modules (e.g. app), technical interfaces, routing, data and system logics as well as the implementation of the development services covered by the contract in the envisaged project model. 2. Lot 2 - Provision, operation, hosting, production-related infrastructure and operational responsibility - Lot 2 includes in particular production-related provision, operation, hosting, deployment, infrastructure, system environment, operations management and, where applicable, other operational services for the permanent operational use of the overall product. Both lots are in a functional overall context, but have different subject matter, areas of responsibility and contractual priorities. The concrete design of the interfaces, cooperation and handover obligations between the lots results from the respective procurement and contract documents. This procedure concerns only Lot 1.
