Description

1.The subject-matter of this contract is the successive supply of medicines to the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Institute of Oncology, National Research Institute, Gliwice Branch. 2.Description of the subject-matter of the contract and the conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the annexes: 1) Assortment and price specification – Annex 2.1 – 2.2 to the SWZ, 2) Draft provisions of the contract to be incorporated into the contract – Annex 4 to the SWZ. 3.The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of submitting partial tenders, and therefore the subject of the contract is divided into 2 separate tasks, including: 1) Epcoritamab 2) Selumetinib 3. The contracting authority did not carry out a preliminary market consultation. 4.The Ordering Party does not provide for supplementary orders. 5. Information on joint bids by contractors is provided in Chapter IX of the SWZ. 6. The deadline for binding the offer is: 120 days. The time limit for binding a tender shall run from the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders. This day is the first day of the deadline for binding the offer.
