Bei den Abbrucharbeiten für die energetische Sanierung Mehrzweckgebäude und der Sanierung Heizhaus handelt es sich in erster Lienen um Entkernung der Gebäude mit folgenden Arbeiten: - Baustelleneinrichtung für die eigenen Arbeiten - Demontage von Einrichtungsgegenständen und Bauelemente w.z.B. Leuchten, WC-Lagen, Heizkörper, Rasterdecken, Innen- und Außentüren, Fenster - Entfernung von Tapeten (Teilweise mit KMF belastet), abschlagen von Innen- u. Außenputz, - Rückbau Wand- u. Fußbodenfliesen, Fußbodenaufbauten bis zur Rohdecke, Abdichtungsbahn (PAK belastet), von tragenden und nicht tragenden Mauerwerkswände, Teilabbruch von Betonbauteil w.z.B. Treppenanlage, Geschossdecken, Fundamente, Bodenplatte und in dem Zuge notwendige Erdbauarbeiten - Demontage vom belastetem Baumaterial mit KMF, Asbest und PAK
