Description

Purchase of air tickets to different destinations for Navy personnel, according to the needs of the contracting authority and the conditions of the tender specifications. The number of economic operators with whom the framework agreement will be concluded will be at least 2 (two) operators (the maximum number being 4), subsequently awarding, through the resumption of (offline) competition between the economic operators that are signatories to the framework agreement, the public procurement contracts subsequent to the framework agreement for passenger air transport services, in the form of a firm order for the destinations/classes/duration/conditions of travel established by the Contracting Authority at the resumption stage of competition on the basis of the terms and conditions set out in the Specifications. The award of public procurement contracts subsequent to the framework agreement will be carried out in compliance with the elements/conditions set out in the framework agreement, in the form of a firm order by reopening (offline) competition between all economic operators that are signatories to the framework agreement, whenever the need arises for the contracting authority’s staff to travel abroad. The object of reopening the competition is the price of air transport services (air tickets) requested by the Contracting Authority. The working methodology is the one described in the Task Book. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information within : 10 days before the closing date for submission of tenders/candidates. Economic operators will send requests for clarifications no later than 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates)the request for clarifications before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates.
