Description

De doelstelling van deze aanbesteding is om voor de HAN de vaste en mobiele telefonie op een efficiënte, doelmatige en rechtmatige wijze geleverd te krijgen. De HAN wenst een naadloze integratie met al geïmplementeerde systemen zoals o.a. Microsoft Teams Calling voor de standaard belgroepen en afdelingen. Onderdeel van de opdracht is de migratie, implementatie en adoptie van de huidige situatie naar de gewenste situatie. Binnen de scope van deze Opdracht vallen ten minste: 1. Leveren en onderhouden van een (SaaS) UC platform incl. toebehoren t.b.v. geavanceerde belgroepen en afdelingen. 2. Leveren van Spraak en data abonnementen. 3. Leveren van losse data abonnementen. 4. Leveren en onderhouden van een CYOD dienst incl. (SaaS) platform t.b.v. HAN Medewerkers. 5. Implementatie- en adoptietraject voor vervanging van huidig UC platform. 6. Implementatietraject voor leveren/vervangen t.b.v. mobiele telefonie. 7. Leveren van Indoordekking t.b.v. bereikbaarheid op HAN locaties. 8. Advies & Support door leverancier op geleverde en aanverwante diensten.
