The service activity is the monthly/quarterly/semi-annual performance of planned maintenance operations, as recommended by manufacturers, and the remediation of all accidental failures (at the request of the beneficiary) in medical devices and equipment. The details of the operations to be carried out are set out in the specifications. The periodicity of the operations and the medical equipment to which these interventions will be carried out are detailed information in the annex to the tender specifications - document attached to this procurement procedure. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation, respecting the deadline set by the contracting authority in the instructions to tenderers/candidates - Communication Section, respectively the number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates: 15 days. The replies to the requests for clarifications regarding the tender documentation will be published in SEAP under the section ‘List of clarifications, notifications and decisions’ of the contract notice .
