Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest:
1) wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej modernizacji lokalnej sieci komputerowej Ministerstwa Finansów, zgodnej ze szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu Umowy zamieszczonym w Załączniku nr 1 do Umowy;
2) uzyskanie pozwoleń na realizację inwestycji, zgodnie z wykonanym projektem;
3) nadzór autorski nad realizacją inwestycji, jeśli realizacja projektu dojdzie do skutku.
2. Dokumentacja projektowa, o której mowa w ust. 1 będzie służyć Zamawiającemu jako opis przedmiotu zamówienia do przetargu na roboty budowlane prowadzonego w oparciu o ustawę Prawo zamówień publicznych oraz do realizacji pełnego zakresu robót budowlanych przewidzianych w dokumentacji.
