Description

EOM contract comprising a rehabilitation mission and a construction mission for restructuring and extension of a former military halle.
The contract is broken down into:
A firm tranche including an option for the rehabilitation and extension of military halle No 38 (3 500 m² SHON). Basic and complementary tasks: DIA + ESQ + APS + APD + PRO/DCE + ACT + DET + AOR.
Ergonome missions for the option: APS + DPA + PRO/CED.
A conditional tranche: construction of the extension (2 400 m² SHON).
Basic and complementary tasks: ESQ + APS + DPA + PRO/DCE + ACT + DET + AOR.
The EOM team will be assisted by a monitoring office, a SPS coordinator and a JPO coordinator. A fire safety system (fire safety system) coordination mission is also planned for the construction of this set of tertiary premises.
