Description

The HSE wishes to invite suppliers to submit a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) for the provision of a managed transport service for HSE renal dialysis patients/clients/service user (hereafter ‘the Service User’)in the South East region (hereafter ‘the HSE’). The Managed transport service provider (hereafter ‘the Contractor’) is required is to manage and co-ordinate transport for service users from their home/residential units/acute hospitals for appointments for renal dialysis treatment. The Contractor must identify opportunities for improved co-ordination and integration of transport services for service users to provide more efficient and cost effective transport provision for the HSE.
