The Joint Meldkamer Utrecht (GMU) intends to launch a European tender for the replacement of the current telephone service in autumn 2017. GMU’s telephony service is a Voice Trading System and is also written off as well as end-of-life. This market consultation shall be carried out prior to the above invitation to tender. The objectives of the market consultation are: 1. Stimulating and mapping the market – identifying the potential companies – interest in carrying out the tasks (in part). 2. Gaining knowledge of market opportunities for telephony systems. 3. See innovative developments in telephony systems. 4. Identify possible solutions and ideas for the contract to be procured. 5. Determine scope on the basis of the available budget. — Tests of the solution directions versus the associated (indicative) costs.
