The subject of the invitation to tender is the provision of public passenger transport services for the purpose of providing transport services to the Pilsen Region by public passenger rail transport in accordance with Section 2 of the Public Procurement Act in the period from the date of the nationwide change of timetables in December 2026 to the day preceding the date of the nationwide change of timetables in December 2036 in the territory of the Pilsen Region for the operation of trains on the line P3 Plzeň Domažlice město. The subject of the invitation to tender shall be performed on the basis of the Contract concluded with the carrier submitting the most economically advantageous tender. The contract will be concluded as a so-called gross contract, where the opportunities and risks associated with the time development of the amount of proceeds will be borne fully by the Client.
