The subject of the contract is the creation of the ‘Telematics Infocamere – backbone A’ network and the provision of the related data transmission service, which is necessary to connect InfoCamere with:
— the main and some secondary offices of the Italian Chambers of Commerce as specifically identified in the technical specifications,
— the offices of certain bodies in the Chamber of Commerce and of companies also owned by Infocamere, as specifically identified in the technical specifications,
— the other secondary offices of the Chambers of Commerce, for which Infocamere reserves the right to request activation during the performance of the contract.
The subject of the contract also includes the service of operation, maintenance and personalised technical assistance of the telematics network.
