Open-house discount agreements 2026-14
The aim of the health insurance funds (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot, derives from the name of the respective lot) is to conclude discount agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical entrepreneurs pursuant to § 130a(8) SGB V on the active substances, combinations of active substances or dosage forms, active strengths or finished medicinal products referred to in the respective lot title. Subject-matter medicinal products are - as far as the contract does not regulate exceptions - always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contractual partner according to the framework contract for the supply of medicinal products in accordance with § 129(2) SGB V. The conclusion of the contract takes place within the framework of the open-house procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The health insurance companies do not guarantee any exclusivity to individual contractual partners. The contract duration is in principle a maximum of 24 months starting at the earliest on 01.10.2026 (if different start times result from the information provided for the corresponding lot). In principle, the contract ends no later than 30.09.2028 (exceptions may arise from the information provided in the corresponding lot), regardless of the date of conclusion of the contract. Access to this open house procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
