Description

Im Rahmen des Förderprogramms "Schöner Ankommen in NRW" zur städtebaulichen Aufwertung von Empfangsgebäuden der DB InfraGO AG soll das Empfangsgebäude des Bahnhofs Ahlen saniert und teilweise umgebaut werden. Das Empfangsgebäude Ahlen ist aufgrund des langen Leerstands vieler Räume, des veralteten Grundrisses sowie vieler Bauteile mit starken Alterserscheinungen wie z.B. die Dacheindeckung umfassend sanierungsbedürftig. Die DB InfraGO AG hat bereits ein Schutzgerüst am linken Bauteil wegen herabfallender Dachteile aufgestellt. Die prägenden, gestalterischen Merkmale im Inneren des Denkmals sind zudem durch nicht denkmalgerechte und nicht mehr zeigemäße Einbauten oder Zwischendecken verdeckt. Die technische Gebäudeausrüstung ist in weiten Teilen entweder überaltert oder bereits außer Funktion insbesondere in den Leerstandsbereichen. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Vergabe von Planungsleistungen der Planung Tragwerksplanung gem. § 49 ff. HOAI ff.
