The city of Nordhausen is planning / realizing the redesign of Blasiikirchplatz and the adjacent squares and street spaces. The work in the 3. The construction phase consists of several construction areas and sub-sections (sub-areas). The construction project itself is located between the street Pferdemarkt in the east, Kranichstraße West in the south, Barfüßerstraße in the west and the northern edge of Blasiikirchplatz in the north. The object of the present measure is the construction area (BB) 02 - sub-area (TB) 02 (Blasii-Straße) and the construction area 03 (Kranistraße / West) - with a total construction area of about 2,040 m ² . The works include road and landscaping, lighting, well technology, drinking water, separation channel, underground cable construction (listed in this announcement under item 5 as LOT-0001). The placing of the order and the billing shall be carried out separately according to the components and contracting entities referred to in point 5.1 of this announcement. The contract is awarded on the basis of the most economical overall offer. There is no provision for the award of individual components to different tenderers.
