Les stipulations de la présente consultation concernent le projet de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour l'opération de modification du bassin de rétention Vignan et du réseau d'eaux pluviales correspondant à Eysines. Les prestations sont divisées en 2 tranches : Tranche ferme - Les études d'avant-projet (AVP) ; - Les études de projet (PRO) ; - L'assistance pour la passation des contrats de travaux (ACT) ; - Le visa des documents techniques produits par les entreprises de travaux (VISA) ; - La direction des travaux (DET) ; - L'assistance aux opérations de réception des travaux (AOR). Mission complémentaire : - GEO - Assistance à la définition des besoins en études géotechniques et intégration (en phase études et en phase travaux) de ces éléments dans les dossiers projet - OPC - Ordonnancement, pilotage et coordination TO001 Tranche optionnelle - Dossier réglementaire suivants prescriptions du Code de l'environnement (REG) tels que : Loi sur l'eau, étude d'impact ou étude d'incidences environnementales, étude de dangers s'il s'agit d'un site ICPE
