DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTRACT OBJECT: a) Functional and Utility Programme and its annexes (hereinafter: PFU)) and its annexes; b) The Contractor's tasks, within the scope of the subject of the Contract, will include in particular:  drawing up a construction project on the basis of the Funckjonalno – Utilities Programme provided by the Contracting Authority;  construction of a new building constituting a continuation of the existing Rehabilitation Department in the complex of the Independent Public Health Care Institution in Choszczno on the basis of a construction project,  construction of the necessary infrastructure, industry installations,  construction of an underground and ground communication system connecting the planned buildings with existing hospital facilities,  reconstruction of the technical infrastructure existing on the site, along with the construction of new technological channels for running new and reconstructed electricity, telecommunications and sanitary installations;  construction and implementation of land development;  purchase of equipment for newly constructed facilities, including equipment to the extent resulting from the PFU.
