Socialstyrelsen skal sammen med fire kommuner videreudvikle (modne) en tværfaglig ind-satsmodel for inklusion i skolen af børn med udadreagerende adfærd. For at medarbejderne i projektkommunerne er klædt på til at implementere indsatsen, tilbydes kommunerne kompetenceudvikling i 2023-2025. Kompetenceudviklingens formål er at sikre, at medarbejderne på tværs af social- og skoleområdet kan omsætte og arbejde med indsatsmodellen i praksis så lærere og forældre til børn med udadreagerende adfærd opnår styrkede kompetencer og handlemuligheder, der kan skabe positive udviklingsprocesser i klassen og i hjemmet.
