Description

The request concerns the assignment of Pool of Funds Credits and fees for programme-related services for the additional pool of funds Credits. The needs are:
— Oracle licence fees Pool of Fund,
— Oracle Pool of Fund – variable part for 12 months (30.11.2019-29.11.2020).
The need arises because the reorientation of IT consolidation requires a short-term and flexible response to the needs of new customers. In this context, there is also a need for new clusters with Oracle databases to be made available in the short term, including the necessary extensions.
This is to be ensured by increasing the current pool of funds (3600002771 and 3600002772), as the Oracle products needed for each customer can be accessed as required.
None of these schemes are covered by framework contracts. Furthermore, the services requested are not to be obtained from third parties.
