Předmětem každé části Veřejné zakázky je čerpání pohonných hmot (motorové nafty a Natural 95 (resp. Benzin BA95)) u čerpací/ch stanic/e vybraného dodavatele v maximální dojezdové vzdálenosti 10 km (blíže viz čl. 1 této Zadávací dokumentace) od daného střediska, a to bezhotovostně pomocí odběrových karet.
Veřejná zakázka je rozdělena na 4 procesně samostatné části dle § 35 ZZVZ dle jednotlivých středisek zadavatele:
1) část 1: Středisko Liberec,
2) část 2: Středisko Nový Bor - Okrouhlá,
3) část 3: Středisko Nová Ves,
4) část 4: Středisko Rychnov u J. n. N.
