Description

The task “Nyt Helsingør Stadion and other sports facilities” concerns the construction of a new stadium facility in connection with the existing sports facilities linked to the Helsingørhlen in the main contract.
The development of existing sports facilities brings together the sport activities for the northern part of the municipality of Helsingør at the Gl site. Hellebækvej and the existing outdated stadium on Ndr. Strandvej will be dismantled. The new facility will host activities for both grassroots and professional sports, including the FCH football club. The project includes the railway installation itself with tribunes, as well as a new building with players and audiences.
The tender is a re-tender as the prices received for the original tender were higher than the budget of Helsingør Municipality. The main award was therefore re-advertised with a revised project material with substantial modifications so that the construction could be realised.
