Description

GWQ ServicePlus AG intends to launch a pan-European open procurement procedure for preparations containing the active substance nevirapin (here Retardform) with the start of the contract on 1 January 2018. For the period up to 31 December 2017, GWQ ServicePlus AG intends to conclude non-exclusive discount agreements under § 130a(8) SGB V on this active substance. Until the start of exclusive contracts, these transitional arrangements are open to all market participants for accession, but for the last time due to the deadlines of 10 November 2017. The contract documents, the participating health insurance funds and their turnover and the dates for notification of the contract are to be consulted and downloaded on the procurement portal of GWQ ServicePlus AG at http://vergabeportal.gwq-serviceplus.de once they have been registered.
