Description

Hospital pharmacies in each region may make purchases under the framework contracts for medicinal products (tender numbers) put up for supply to the region concerned. Framework contracts are concluded without any obligation to purchase and hospital pharmacies in the regions are not obliged to use Amgros framework contracts.
In order to supply the regions, Amgros has, by means of the contract notice referred to in point IV.3.2), put out to tender framework contracts for the purchase of medicinal products. The medicinal products are offered under a number of tender numbers, which are considered to be separate lots.
