2.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na obsłudze bankowej Gminy Miejskiej Starogard Gdański, w tym jednostek organizacyjnych podległych Gminie Miejskiej Starogard Gdański, przez okres 4 lat. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje:
a) otwarcie i prowadzenie rachunku podstawowego i 34 rachunków pomocniczych wraz z bezpłatnymi rachunkami VAT Gminy Miejskiej Starogard Gdański;
b) otwarcie i prowadzenie 18 rachunków podstawowych i 36 rachunków pomocniczych wraz z bezpłatnymi rachunkami VAT następujących gminnych jednostek organizacyjnych:
