Description

The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement with a tenderer that can
be used to obtain necessary external competence for the contracting authority.
The contracting authority currently has approx. 10 call-offs a year under an existing framework agreement within
IT.
The framework agreement will cover the need for competence that the contracting authority does not have access to in
its department on a given date, or when there is an independent need for external
solving of a problem. The framework agreement can also be used if extra capacity is needed.
