The subject of Lot No 2 includes assessment of compliance with the essential requirements for construction works on all parts of the investment project, in volume and content in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act, including conformity assessment and technical control of the structural part in accordance with Article 142(10) of the Spatial Planning Act and assessment of compliance with the energy efficiency requirements of Article 169(1)(6) of the Spatial Planning Act, in accordance with Article 142(11) of the Spatial Planning Act, and preparation of a comprehensive report on the conformity assessments carried out.
