Description

The purpose of this study is to:
— define, create, for each of the study areas, an integrated and adapted tourism product. A sustainable planning strategy based on issues and priorities refined in the diagnostic phase,
— define the programming strategy and action plans for tourism development, operational programming elements,
— identify sites for the development of a tourism infrastructure offer,
— draw up guide plans for the development of the sites selected, setting out the development guidelines which will make it possible to define, on the plot, the future operating sectors:
— the provision of accommodation, activities and services,
— the typology of the various accommodation products,
— the necessary equipment and construction programmes to be carried out,
— draw up the equipment programme for the sites identified and the relevant financial statements.
