Description

Part A:
1. comprehensive provision of mobile telephony services at 3100 subscriber numbers, of which 1872 currently in operation and 1228 new activations (SIM cards);
2. 3100 continuous wireless internet access services for voice cards with a quantitative limit of 2 GB downloaded data with a maximum possible data transfer rate available at a given location;
3. 1 BlackBerry service for voice cards compatible with BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1.6 or higher.
Part B:
630 continuous wireless internet access services with a quantitative limit of 10 GB per month downloaded data at the maximum possible data transfer rate available at a given location during the billing period. The service is to be provided autonomously with a separate SIM card.
