Description

The Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection (MRCC) is implementing a complex strategic digital transformation plan that will allow it to upgrade its operational readiness and the services provided to all citizens of the country. The main axis of this project is the implementation of the digital transformation actions planned under the national civil protection programme "AEGIS". In this programme, the UCPM has undertaken the implementation of this flagship action, which includes the complete modernisation of the organisation in terms of information technologies and systems it uses. The contractor of this project will be asked to supply the entity with modern software systems as well as to provide a series of services related to the optimal productive operation of the offered systems. These services are divided into specific categories, depending on their nature and their scope within the operator's environment. The purpose of this project is the design and implementation of specialized digital applications to support the new institutional role and responsibilities of the Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection, the General Secretariat for Natural Disaster Rehabilitation and State Aid and the General Secretariat for Civil Protection.
