Description

Supply of a tandem inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry system for ANSES' food safety laboratory in Maisons-Alfort. Split market with tranches comprising: 1/A firm tranche (TF) composed of: - A basic tender: relating to the acquisition of ICP-MS/MS equipment, delivery, installation, commissioning, warranty and on-site training for 4-5 persons; - Compulsory additional service (PSE): relating to the maintenance of the ICP-MS/MS equipment at a fixed price, including full coverage (parts, consumables, software updates (update), labour, travel, 1 annual preventive maintenance visit and unlimited curative visits included), for a period of 12 months expressly renewable twice 12 months, revisable prices, implemented at the end of the warranty period. 2/Two optional tranches (TO): - TO1: relating to the purchase of HPLC equipment, delivery, commissioning and warranty; - TO2: relating to the maintenance of HPLC equipment at a fixed price, including full coverage (parts, consumables, software updates (update), labour, travel, 1 annual preventive maintenance visit and unlimited curative visits included), for a period of 12 months expressly renewable 2 times 12 months, revisable prices, implemented at the end of the warranty period. The technical description of all the tranches and PES is presented in the CCTP. The contract shall be carried out at a flat-rate, all-inclusive price. The contract is not alloti, its object does not allow the identification of separate services that can be awarded to different operators. The contract shall be concluded from the date of its notification and shall end at the end of the period of execution of the firm tranche (basic tender and ESP if selected) and of all the optional tranches strengthened (if applicable)
