Description

It is envisaged to procure and deploy an integrated platform (web portal, mobile applications) for complete electronic services (including e-payment and e-signature), an interactive self-service terminal for electronic services and an integrated platform for document management and electronic archiving.
The contract to be awarded on the basis of these tender specifications involves the implementation of a ‘turnkey’ IT system, which means that, at the end of the project, the Romanian Mayor’s Office will have a fully functioning IT system, configured on the basis of its specific characteristics, and internal users will be trained to use it efficiently.
