WC, Beh.-WC, Waschtisch, Urinal; Ausgussbecken (ca.145 Stk.); Warmwasser: Frischwasserstation mit Zirkulation. 2. Druckluft: Drucklufterzeugung sowie Netz (ca. 500m). 3. Feuerlöschleitunganlagen: 1x Einspeisung und 5x Entnahme, eine Steigleitung. 4. Wärmetechnische Anlagen: Sole-Wasser-Wärmepumpe ca. 80 kW; Gas-Brennwertgerät ca. 150 kW; Rohrnetz aus Edelstahl ca. 1350 m; Fußbodenheizung ca. 1900m²; FBH werden im Sommer mit freier Kälte versorgt.
