Description

1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of the Contractor in the scope of maintenance services of the Integrated IT Support System for University Management based on SAP software for the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (hereinafter referred to as: system). 2. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 2.1. maintenance services, i.e. maintenance and troubleshooting (service) of the Integrated IT System for University Management Support based on SAP software in order to ensure continuity of correct and trouble-free operation of the System and uninterrupted use of the System by users; while as part of the maintenance service, the Contractor will participate in the transfer of knowledge by the previous Contractor, indicated by the Contracting Authority, and familiarize himself with the System and will provide the service of transferring knowledge to the next Contractor – in the case of ordering such services by the Contracting Authority; 2.2. providing additional services, i.e. development and education in the total number of up to 1500 man-days in the case of their order by the Ordering Party, including 100 man-days intended for the provision of educational services and 1400 man-days for the provision of development services; 2.3. performance of optional services at the request of the Ordering Party in accordance with the list presented in the draft provisions of the contract (model contract), constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
